Consumer Rights Regarding Digital Content

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/770, Directive 2011/83/EU, applicable Singaporean consumer protection laws, and other relevant European consumer regulations, consumers generally enjoy a fourteen (14) day withdrawal period for distance contracts.

However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal terminates once digital delivery has commenced, provided that:

The customer has expressly requested immediate performance;

The customer has expressly acknowledged that digital delivery will begin immediately; and

The customer has acknowledged that the statutory fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal is lost once digital delivery begins.

By completing an order and requesting immediate access to the purchased digital content, the customer expressly indicates that they have read and agreed to these terms.
